Karma Response Unit Records has a no-return policy. We will only accept returns if there are unusual circumstances which will be looked at on a case by case basis. We are willing to solve problems that may arise from ordering online. Some acceptable reasons for a return:

• If products are damaged in transit or if we made a mistake during the order process.
• If the item you have received is unsatsifatory in some way we will only consider returns when the product is in its original condition and has not been used.
• Returns can be for store credit or a charge card credit (to the card originally used).
• Returns must be packed and sealed securely (in original packaging when possible).
